At Rayz Haven Herbal Products, we take great care to provide high-quality herbal teas, tinctures, glycerites, and wellness products made from certified organic herbs in a cGMP-aligned, allergen-conscious facility. Because these are ingestible and personal-use wellness items, we follow strict safety standards for returns.

All Sales are Final for Herbal Products

For the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or resell ingestible herbal items once they leave our facility. 

This includes: 

  • Tinctures
  • Glycerites
  • Teas & tea bags
  • Custom formulations
  • Seasonal blends
  • Oxymels & syrups
  • Any opened or unopened herbal supplements

This policy ensures product purity and consumer protections.

Order Issues (Wrong Item / Missing Item/ Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please les us know within 72 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Photo of product(s) received
  • Description of the issue

We will issue a replacement or store credit when:

  • The incorrect product was shipped
  • Product was damaged in transit
  • An item in the order is missing

Custom Orders

Custom formulations are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the individualized nature of the preparation and sourcing.

However, if a mistake  was made on our end, we will correct the order promptly at no cost.

Digital Products/Guides

Digital guides, downloads, or educational PDFs are non-refundable once delivered.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered, Rayz Haven Herbal Products is not responsible for stolen packages. If tracking is stuck, delayed, or missing, we will assist in filling and inquiry with USPS/UPS. Replacements may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if the label has not been printed and the order has not begun processing. After processing begins, we can no longer cancel or modify the shipment.
