Gentian is the classic strong bitter root; dandelion root brings an earthy, grounding bitterness; ginger warms and moves; orange peel and fennel add bright, sweet aromatics that help settle gas and bloating; and catnip, a gentle calming herb, helps ease digestive cramping. The result is an earthy bitterness balanced with warm ginger, bright citrus, and sweet fennel.

What is inside

All Organic Ingredients: Gentian root (Gentiana lutea), dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), ginger root (Zingiber officinale), orange peel (Citrus sinensis), fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), and catnip (Nepeta cataria), extracted in grain alcohol, vegetable glycerin, and distilled water. How to use

As directed on the product label: Take 0.5-1 mL in a little water, 10-15 minutes before a meal, 1-3 times a day. Do not exceed the label directions.
