Spring nettle leaf has been valued as a nourishing seasonal tonic and known for its anti-histamine properties. Violet leaf has a history in soothing preparations for dry throat tissues and lymph system support, while marshmallow root has traditionally been used for dry, irritated mouth and throat tissues.
