Glycerites are formulated as an alcohol free or low alcohol herbal option that is stronger than tea but more gentle & hydrating than tincturers.

Ingredients: Fresh Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Distilled Water (decoction), vegetable glycerin, grain alcohol (20%)

Suggested Use:

Adult: 1-2 mL in water or tea up to 3 x daily for gentle nervous system, sleep & digestive support.

Elders: Reduce dose: Start with .5-1 mL 1-2 x daily

Children (6-12): 1/4 -1/2 of adult dose(5-15 drops 1-2x daily), adjust for weight or alcohol content (20% for shelf stability). Dilute in water, juice or tea to further reduce alcohol exposure.
