Herbal tradition

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) has a long history in East Asian and Ayurvedic herbal traditions and in travel-related culinary practices. Catnip (Nepeta cataria) has traditionally appeared in European herbal teas and household preparations. Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) is valued in traditional herbalism as a demulcent—a mucilage-containing herb used in soothing preparations. What is inside

Ginger tincture, catnip glycerite, and marshmallow root glycerite. Other ingredients include vegetable glycerin and a small amount of grain alcohol for preservation. This product is not alcohol-free. Refer to the bottle label for the complete ingredient details.

How to use

Adults: Take 1–2 mL up to three times daily, directly or diluted in a small amount of water or tea, following the product label. For children, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use; do not use the adult serving directions for a child.
