"No Thoughts" Herbal Tincture

"No Thoughts"  is a calming botanical formula traditionally used to quiet mental tension, reduce intrusive or looping thoughts and ease overstimulation and help you calm down enough to sleep.* 

Organic Ingredient Herbs: Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis) and Vervain (Verbena officinalis)

Suggested Use :

Adults: 30-60 drops (1-2 mL) in water or tea, up to 3 times daily.

Teens (13-17 years): 5-20 drops in water or tea, up to 2 times daily.

Elders: Begin with 10-20 drops, once or twice daily; adjust slowly as tolerated

Notes: 

*Best taken consistently for 2-3 weeks as needed (high stress moments) for full nervous system support benefits.
