"No Thoughts" Herbal Tincture
Herbs: Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis) and Vervain (Verbena officinalis)
Category: Nervous System Support | Stress & Overthinking Formula
"No Thoughts" is a calming botanical formula designed to quiet mental tension, reduce intrusive or looping thoughts, and ease overstimulation.
These herbs traditionally support overstimulation & cognitive clarity by gently relaxing the mind-body connection without sedation.
Wood Betony helps ground mental energy, relieves head tension, and supports healthy circulation to the brain.
Vervain soothes stress-related muscle tightness, assists with nervous exhaustion, and balances the mood.
Together, these herbs promote a calm, centered mind ideal for those who "can't shut off" mentally due to stress, anxiety, ADHD-type overactivity, or excessive mental strain.

Liver & Kidney Health
*Both herbs are considered gentle hepatic tonics but should be used cautiously in those with severe liver disease or renal impairment due to potential cumulative metabolite load.
Other Health Conditions
*Not advised for individuals with hypotension (low blood pressure), as vervain may slightly reduce blood pressure.
*Avoid use in major depressive disorder unless guided by a clinician, as vervain may be overly relaxing for those with very low mood or energy.
Medication Interactions
*May enhance the effects of sedatives, sleep aids, or anti-anxiety medications.
*Avoid combining with alcohol, barbiturates, or benzodiazepines due to additive CNS depression.
*Monitor closely if used alongside blood pressure- lowering medications.
